LINRCO Egypt is hiring Business Analyst
Location: Nasr City
Full-time – On-site

We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team and help drive successful projects by analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and document requirements
Create BRDs, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flow diagrams
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate execution
Support UAT and perform functional testing
Conduct workshops, demos, and requirement meetings
Track project progress and provide reports

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in business analysis
Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Draw io (or similar tools)
Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

Preferred (Plus):
Experience with ERP or SaaS systems
Knowledge of workflow & process optimization
Basic understanding of databases & APIs
