Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Sea Export Specialist located in Sheraton – Heliopolis /Cairo, Egypt. The Sea Export Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process for Sea shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle ocean export operations (FCL/LCL).
- Prepare and review export documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, certificates, etc.).
- Follow up with carriers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
- Track and update shipment status to clients.
- Ensure compliance with international export regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, customs).
- Resolve issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or customer concerns.
