A leading freight forwarding company is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join our operations team.
📍 Location: Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo (On-Site)
💼 Type: Full-time

1️⃣ Export Operations Specialist

• Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in handling Export Operations (both Ocean & Air freight).
• Core Skills: Deep understanding of shipping lines, booking procedures, documentation, and customs clearance.

2️⃣ Import Operations Specialist

• Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in handling Import Operations (both Ocean & Air freight).
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of arrival notices, delivery orders, shipping line coordination, and dealing with agents.

📋 General Qualifications (For Both Roles):

• Background: Freight Forwarding / Logistics experience is a strict must.
• Language: Good reading and writing skills in English (all business communications, system work, and emails are conducted in English).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills with airlines, shipping lines, and external agents.
