🏗️ Role Highlights:
Procure civil materials, equipment, and subcontracted works.
Prepare RFQs, POs, and technical & commercial bid evaluations.
Source, evaluate, and prequalify civil subcontractors.
Participate in subcontract negotiations and contract award processes.
Coordinate with engineering, site, planning, and contracts teams.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors on delivery schedules and performance.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in civil procurement and subcontracting (Construction is a must).
Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, subcontracting, and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
