Successful Candidate will ensure accurate and efficient dispensing of pharmaceutical products within the warehouse, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and ensuring smooth operations in the supply chain.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Dispense pharmaceutical products accurately and efficiently according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain precise records of inventory, stock movements, and dispensing activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in handling, storing, and distributing pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Inspect incoming shipments of pharmaceutical goods for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of dispensed products.
• Assist in periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in all warehouse activities.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or non-compliance issues to the warehouse manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dispensing area.
✅ Qualifications & Preferred work Experience:
Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy or Sciences is a must
Proven experience in warehousing preferably in a pharmaceutical work environment
Strong English proficiency (verbal and written communication skills).
Good knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
Good communication skills, teamwork skills & time-management awareness.
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
Awareness of GSP, GSP standards.
Integrity & willingness to work in a fast paced work environment to handle multiple tasks effectively
