Procurement Specialist At Boniv Hospitality

Boniv Hospitality is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Kitchen teams regarding purchasing requirements.
• Monitor stock requirements and ensure availability of essential items.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  Requirements:
• Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage purchasing is a plus.
