Order Fulfillment Specialist (Order-to-Cash)
In this role, you will act as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of orders from customer onboarding through shipment and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer onboarding and maintain customer data within the ERP system.
* Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
* Coordinate with Quality, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
* Follow up on production schedules, shipment planning, and export documentation.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle.
* Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding order status, shipping schedules, and documentation.
* Support collection follow-up and resolution of customer payment-related issues.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in order management, export operations, supply chain, customer service, or a similar role.
* Good understanding of export documentation, international shipping processes, and Incoterms.
* Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Additional fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
