Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Fire Fighting or HVAC systems.
Site Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer.
Technical Proficiency: Solid background in Technical Office activities (technical submittals, specifications, and engineering drawings).
Estimation & Tendering: Strong capability in estimation, tendering, and BOQs preparation.
Procurement Expertise: Proven track record in vendor management, high-level negotiation, and handling the full procurement cycle both locally and internationally (outside Egypt).
Skills: Excellent command of English, sharp analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
