Senior Supply Chain Specialist – Egypt


Location: Obour city

Tubal Egypt S.A.E. is looking for:
Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Develop and monitor material requirements based on production plans and demand forecasts.
* Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
* Prepare and follow up on material requisitions and purchase orders.
* Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
* Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material shortages.
* Analyze material consumption, stock levels, lead times, and supply requirements.
* Identify potential supply risks and take corrective actions to avoid production interruptions.
* Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
* Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate supply chain data and transactions on the ERP system.
* Support production planning and demand planning activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce inventory costs.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain processes.

Requirments:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, procurement, material planning, and production planning.
* Experience with ODOO ERP system
* Very good command of Microsoft Excel.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Good command of English.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.equirements:
