Operations Manager At Sinotrans Logistics

Sinotrans Logistics Egypt is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational and customs clearance activities.

📍 Location: First Settlement, Cairo, Egypt
🕘 Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily operations and team performance.
Oversee import/export customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations.
Supervise NAFEZA & ACID procedures, CargoX, HS code classification, and duty/tax calculations.
Handle customs issues, inspections, delays, and urgent operational incidents.
Oversee customs operations in TEDA Industrial Park / Suez Economic Zone, including bonded warehousing and duty exemptions.
Optimize operational processes and ensure high service quality.
Coordinate with customs authorities, clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Egyptian customs clearance / logistics operations.
Hands-on experience with CargoX, NAFEZA, and ACID procedures.
Experience in TEDA / Suez Economic Zone is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs regulations and HS code classification.
Strong team management, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent English is a must
Established relationships with Egyptian customs authorities are an advantage.
