3 Production Engineer At LG

•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan).

•Duties & Responsibilities:
-Improve Production line process losses
-Daily production result and KPI report
-Idle time / Rework Management: gather, register and share IDLE time data and analysis, and preparing countermeasures and follow up with the suppliers.
-Follow up improvement ideas application
-W/O completion and 1st Hour completion rate reporting
-ANDON Monitoring and improvement

• Reporting and improving Line loss issues
  -Manage Hidden losses throughout the micromanagement for TT.
  -Production plan (Control Tower) Management in-sync with Production planning part
  -UPPH Monthly Report and monthly issues analysis
  -Updating and creating standards to control productivity (Line fill standards, IDLE Time standards …)
  -Follow up UPH Improvement Task with support members
  -Manage and Calculate model change loss
  -Manage Manpower Normal registration, and report with Irregular registrations
  -Indirect members training and skills development.
  -Provide training for operators, Sub leaders & Leaders.

•Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Production, Mechatronics or any related engineering field.
• 2-4 years experience in the same filed.
• Good English skills both spoken and written.
• Very good skills in Microsoft office (recommended high level in Excel).
• strong communication, problem solving skills and attention to details.
• Strong Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and capable to proactively.
• Automation Knowledge.
• Good knowledge about Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge about VSM will be a plus
• Continuous improvement.
