Summary :
Prepare and monitor daily and weekly production plans to ensure orders are delivered on time, with optimal use of resources (labor, machinery, materials), and coordinate between departments to resolve issues as soon as they arise.

Responsibilities :
1. Planning:
Prepare production schedules based on work orders and production capacity.
Distribute orders across stages (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing).
Ensure availability of fabrics, trims, and packaging materials before production starts.
2. Follow-up:
Monitor daily production progress and track Work-In-Progress (WIP).
Detect delays, breakdowns, or material shortages and take immediate corrective actions.
Track daily achievement rates for each production line.
3. Coordination:
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping.
Communicate with suppliers to follow up on raw material deliveries.
4. Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on achievements, obstacles, and productivity.
Analyze data and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration).
3–5 years of experience in production planning/follow-up in garment factories.
