We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about logistics and supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor monthly shipment schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures while proactively managing potential delays.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Analyze logistics costs, monitor variances, and support cost control through accurate reporting.

• Manage logistics invoice disputes, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.

• Monitor trucking stayovers, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce delays and costs.

• Support vendor registration, contracting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee the timely settlement of shipping line dues.

• Prepare logistics cash requirements and payment priority plans.

• Manage the end-to-end export process from order creation to final shipment.

• Maintain effective communication with shipping lines and freight forwarders to provide accurate shipment updates and secure Bills of Lading.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with operational requirements and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.

• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
