About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Head of Commercial Growth with solid experience in mining, phosphate, fertilizers, chemicals, industrial commodities, or heavy industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing new markets, building long-term business relationships, and creating sustainable commercial growth channels.
This role requires strong business acumen, market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to support Genesis Mining’s growth strategy and future expansion plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial growth, business development, commercial strategy, market expansion, or strategic partnerships.
Strong experience in mining, phosphate, fertilizers, chemicals, industrial commodities, heavy industries, or related sectors is highly preferred.
Proven track record in developing new markets and building strategic business relationships.
Strong understanding of international markets, supply chain, logistics, pricing, and commercial operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.
Excellent command of English.
Ability to travel when required.
