Local_Procurement_Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate local suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery terms.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on order fulfillment.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and support purchasing plans based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Local Procurement, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems is required.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
