We’re Hiring | Production Engineer (Science / Agriculture / Production Engineering)
📍 Location: Industrial Zone, Obour City
A leading company in the Medical Herbs & Spices industry is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts and production capacity.
✅ Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
✅ Optimize machine utilization and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
✅ Analyze production data and prepare planning reports and KPIs.
✅ Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
✅ Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and occupational health & safety standards.
✅ Support continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or Production Engineering.
✔ 0–3 years of experience in production or production planning (FMCG or food manufacturing experience is a plus).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
