We’re Hiring – Export Operations supervisor
Location: Sheraton, cairo ,Egypt
Grand Ocean is looking for an experienced Export Operations supervisor to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Export Operations and Freight Forwarding.
- Proven ability to handle export shipments from A to Z.
- Manage the entire shipment cycle from Sales Order (SO) until final shipment closure.
- Coordinate efficiently with trucking companies, customs brokers, shipping lines, and all related parties.
- Prepare and follow up on VGM, Shipping Instructions (SI), and all export documentation.
- Monitor cargo loading, customs clearance, and ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Close shipments accurately on the operating system.
- Strong relationships with shipping lines are a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills with the ability to add value and support the operations team.
