We’re Hiring: Liner Operation Manager
Top Terminal Logistics is expanding its shipping agency operations in Egypt and is looking for a qualified Liner Operation Manager to join our team in Alexandria.
Job Title: Liner Operation Manager
Location: Alexandria, Egypt
Department: Liner / Shipping Agency Operations
Experience: 3–5 years
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily liner operation activities.
Coordinate vessel calls, port operations, and operational updates.
Follow up with shipping lines, terminals, port authorities, and clients.
Monitor vessel schedules, loading/discharging operations, cut-off dates, and cargo movements.
Oversee booking follow-up, container movements, documentation coordination, and operational reporting.
Ensure smooth communication between operations, documentation, commercial teams, and external stakeholders.
Handle operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience in liner operations, shipping agency, or container shipping.
Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel handling, container control, and shipping documentation.
Previous experience with Alexandria Port operations is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
Good computer skills and familiarity with shipping-related systems.
