Corporate Strategy Development

  • Support the formulation and execution of long-term corporate strategy
  • Conduct strategic research to identify new growth opportunities and business improvements
  • Assist in evaluating and refining business objectives, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with senior management to align corporate goals with market realities

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct deep market research to assess industry trends, regulatory impacts, and economic shifts
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to identify strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives

Financial Modeling & Valuation (Medium Level)

  • Build financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Conduct business valuation using DCF, multiples (P/E, EV/EBITDA), and scenario analysis
  • Assess revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability for new projects or business expansions
  • Assist in investment evaluations, ensuring financial feasibility and ROI optimization
  • Prepare forecasting models to support corporate strategy and resource allocation

Business Expansion & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support M&A assessments, joint ventures, and partnership evaluations
  • Conduct feasibility studies for market expansion and new investments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing) to drive strategic initiatives
  • Assist leadership in making data-driven decisions for new market entries or business pivots

Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Consulting

  • Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to support corporate planning
  • Provide structured recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability
  • Act as a bridge between financial, strategic, and operational teams to align key business priorities

Presentation & Communication Excellence

  • Develop executive-level presentations for board meetings, leadership discussions, and strategic reviews
  • Use storytelling techniques and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to make insights actionable
  • Translate complex financial and strategic concepts into simple, clear, and compelling reports
  • Assist in internal workshops and strategy sessions, ensuring effective communication

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: at least 4 years in corporate strategy, financial planning, management consulting, or investment analysis
  • Corporate strategy development and business planning
  • Medium-level valuation knowledge (business valuation, M&A assessments, ROI analysis)
  • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Data analysis and visualization for strategic decision-making
  • Strong market research and competitor benchmarking capabilities
  • Cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and senior leadership
