We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Production Control Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring production performance, controlling material consumption, supporting production planning, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production and operational data to support management decision-making and improve manufacturing performance.
Develop, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, material consumption, productivity, and inventory utilization.
Monitor and control material withdrawals from the warehouse, ensuring alignment with production plans and approved consumption standards.
Follow up with production departments regarding material consumption, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Coordinate closely with the Purchasing Department to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, spare parts, and operational supplies.
Track material requirements and purchasing requests to prevent production interruptions and maintain operational continuity.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards highlighting production performance, consumption trends, inventory status, and operational KPIs.
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of production, inventory, and consumption data within company systems.
Support production planning activities by providing analytical insights and performance reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in Production Control, Production Planning, Manufacturing Analysis, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of KPIs, production planning, inventory control, and material management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
Ability to prepare professional reports and dashboards.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
