Senior MRP Executive / Senior Material Planning Executive

EPL is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior MRP Executive . This role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support production requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Analyze demand forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and lead times to generate material requirements.
• Monitor material availability and proactively address shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Planning teams.
• Maintain and validate planning master data, including BOMs, lead times, safety stock levels, and planning parameters.
• Track and report key planning and inventory KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Support monthly S&OP and production planning activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in MRP, Material Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems, inventory management principles, and production planning processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
