Responsibilities:
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and demand.
-Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
-Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when needed.
-Follow up on production targets and delivery timelines.
-Analyze production data and prepare reports.
-Support inventory control and minimize production delays and waste.
-Ensure smooth workflow and efficient utilization of production capacity.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
-3 years of experience in Production Planning (FMCG preferred).
-Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
