Role: Operations Specialist
Location: New Cairo

Key Responsibilities
-Execute daily OPSI (Order, Production, Sales, and Inventory) processes to ensure smooth business operations.
-Order Execution: Process and track daily sales orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring a seamless handover to the logistics and factory teams.
-Production Tracking: Follow up on production schedules with the factory to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of TV products.
-Sales Alignment: Coordinate closely with the frontline sales team to align sales forecasts with actual product availability.
-Inventory Control: Monitor TV stock levels effectively to prevent out-of-stock situations while avoiding excess inventory buildup.
-Retail Display Coordination (Marketing): Collaborate directly with the Marketing team to manage the design, production, and deployment of TV display stands (POSM) and visual materials, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presentation across retail stores.

Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
-Work Style: Task-driven, rational, and highly efficient, with the ability to focus on core issues without getting bogged down by unnecessary internal procedures.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data processing and basic formulas. A quick learner with the ability to adapt to internal operating systems.
-Language: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in a cross-border working environment.
