We’re Hiring | Logistics & Customs Coordinator
A leading manufacturing company is looking for a passionate and talented Logistics & Customs Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our import and export operations and ensuring smooth logistics and customs processes.
Responsibilities
▪ Coordinate and manage all import and export activities.
▪ Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
▪ Review, prepare, and manage shipping, customs clearance, and logistics documentation.
▪ Follow up with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and government authorities.
▪ Communicate effectively with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.
▪ Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
▪ Resolve logistics and customs-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Import/Export, or Customs Coordination.
▪ Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations is a MUST.
▪ Very good command of English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
▪ Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
▪ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location
📍 New Economic Zone – Abu Khalifa, Ismailia, Egypt
