📢 We’re Hiring: Procurement & Planning Manager
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement & Planning Manager to join our team in Sheikh Zayed.
Requirements:
✔ 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including at least 3 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong background in supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation
✔ Experience in demand planning, inventory management, and ensuring material availability to support production requirements
✔ Ability to optimize inventory levels while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements
✔ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Production, Sales, and Warehousing
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Strong leadership experience with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
✔ FMCG or Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
