Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
• 13+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Distribution.
• Proven experience in ERP systems and supply chain optimization projects.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics functions.
• Ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted supply of materials.
• Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams.
