Purchasing Specialist

Hiring a Purchasing Specialist (Minimum 1 Year Experience in the Food Industry).
Job Responsibilities:
Daily follow-up on Odoo regarding supplier attendance and delivery of the required quantities according to the purchase order.
Follow up on purchase orders and match prices in the purchase order with the supplier invoice, making any necessary adjustments before receiving the invoice from the accounting department.
Monitor item movement in the warehouse to avoid stock shortages during the week.
Participate in selecting the appropriate supplier for purchasing the required raw materials for warehouse orders.
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchasing, especially in the food industry.
Strong negotiation skills.
Good command of Odoo software.
Ability to work under pressure.
