This is a great opportunity to build a strong pipeline of young talent and contribute to driving manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and future production capabilities across our business.
📍#Location: 10th of Ramadan City – Egypt
🕒#Employment_Type: Full-time
#Key_Responsibilities:
* Support production planning and day-to-day factory operations
* Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives
* Conduct time & motion studies to improve productivity and efficiency
* Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
#Requirements:
* Fresh graduates (Class of 2024 / 2025)
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production / Mechanical Engineering
* Strong interest in working within manufacturing environments
* Willingness to work on-site in factory locations
* Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good command of Microsoft Excel
* Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
