We Are Hiring : Import & Export Specialist
A leading multinational company in the oil & gas sector is seeking to hire a qualified Import & Export Specialist with a great profile of English language and oil & gas experience to join our team.
Location: SODIC, New Cairo
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all import and export operations.
Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.).
Ensure full compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Handle shipments of hazardous materials in accordance with safety standards and legal requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities.
Track shipments and resolve any delays or clearance issues.
Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.
Job Requirements:
At least 2–3 years of experience in Import & Export or Logistics.
Previous experience in handling Hazardous Materials (DG) is a must.
Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Hands-on experience dealing with ports and clearance processes.
Fluency of English (written & spoken).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
