About the Role
This role needs to be based in Dubai and focus on the Egyptian market. And business trips are required sometimes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market feasibility studies for new products, propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning.
- Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations.
- Responsible for defining products and setting development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition.
- Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points.
- Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis.
Qualifications
- Professional Skills: Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles; Familiarity with product planning and development processes; Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies, understanding of market and user research processes and fundamental approaches.
- Comprehensive Qualities: Passionate about creating hit products; dedicated to researching automotive innovation technologies; market-savvy; strong verbal communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible with a strong sense of dedication; adept at applying new methodologies to solve problems; active thinker with a love for learning; Aligns with leading culture; possesses excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and planning abilities.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Prior experience in product planning or overseas product planning is preferred.
- Other: Preference given to candidates with a valid driver’s license and at least one year of practical driving experience.
