Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all documentation meets import/ export regulations.
- Arrange details of shipments operations with forwarders, carriers as necessary for shipping.
- Responsible for filing.
- Process shipments on Courier system.
- Produce labels and other documents for domestic shipments.
- Transacting of daily shipments with internal departments and with freight forwarders.
- Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions
- Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis covering shipments history and progress.
- Review and prepare shipping documents in open and LC terms.
- Contact shipping lines & freight forwarders for operations follow up.
- Ability to deal with SSL portal systems for online quoting and bookings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English language is a must.
- Sadat City or Menofia residence is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of logistics related experience is a must.
- commercial / warehousing / purchasing background would be a plus.
