Role Description

As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all shipment-related activities. You will be responsible for keeping our workflow visible and organized, ensuring that every shipment is tracked, arranged, and reported on accurately. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Smart Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments via online systems in real-time, providing regular status updates to ensure visibility.
  • Operational Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate, timely reports on shipment status and operational performance for management review.
  • Team Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all team members to organize, schedule, and arrange shipments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the board.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a coordination or operational role.
  • Strong communication skills; you must be comfortable acting as the bridge between team members.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (essential for preparing reports and tracking data).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially when tracking status updates and documenting shipment info.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple shipment schedules simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the furniture or retail industry is highly preferred.
