We’re Hiring: Local Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Manage procurement of raw and packaging materials aligned with production plans
– Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers
– Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiency
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning & warehouse teams
– Ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications
– Evaluate supplier performance and resolve supply issues
– Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
– Track market trends, pricing, and supply risks
– Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams

🔹 Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
– 1–3 years of experience in purchasing (Manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
– Strong knowledge of raw materials and packaging sourcing
– Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
– Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) & Microsoft Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
