Key Responsibilities
- Develop, baseline, update, and monitor integrated project schedules and cost plans.
- Ensure alignment between project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and contractual milestones.
- Perform cost control activities including budgeting, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare and analyze project performance reports (EVA, KPIs, forecasts, recovery plans).
- Conduct detailed data analysis to track project performance and productivity trends.
- Support claims management including delay analysis, EOTs, and cost impact assessments.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and contracts teams.
- Review subcontractors’ schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
- Identify risks, delays, and cost deviations, and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Controls (Planning & Cost Control)
- Experience in large-scale projects (infrastructure, industrial, or commercial is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of planning and cost control functions
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI
- Good understanding of EVM, delay analysis, and claims
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
