Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and meet targets
- Marketing and business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for understanding market trends and client needs
- Previous experience in sales or the precious metals industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales management software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Requirement:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
Language: Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is required.
Mindset: A self-motivated individual with a “customer-first” approach and a problem-solving attitude.
