Role: Quality Control Engineer (Seasonal – Grapes Specialist)
Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality control, specifically within the Grapes sector.

Location: Alexandria Desert Road – Egypt

Role Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer specialized in Grapes to lead quality operations from the field to the Packing Stations. The candidate will be responsible for land and crop assessment, determining harvest readiness, and supervising the harvesting process. Additionally, you will oversee quality standards at the packing stations to ensure that all output strictly adheres to Fresh Energy’s quality protocols and international export standards.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in field and station quality testing, crop estimation, and Microsoft Office for daily reporting.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Grapes varieties, maturity indicators, land evaluation, and Global GAP/Food Safety standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong management abilities across farms and stations, and the capacity to make critical decisions during the harvesting window.
