We Are Hiring – Freight Forwarding Operations Manager
EGL is urgently looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to join our expanding team (Alexandria)
What we need:
✔ 7–10 years experience in freight forwarding (manager/supervisor level)
✔ Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs, HS codes & clearance procedures
✔ Solid background in ocean, air & land operations
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving & vendor management skills
✔ Excellent English
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full import/export operations
- Ensuring customs compliance & accurate documentation
- Leading and developing the operations team
- Building strong relationships with carriers, vendors & authorities
- Driving performance, efficiency & cost optimization
