Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting and Supplies is seeking a highly organized “Planning Engineer” to join our team. You will be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring our electrical contracting projects are delivered with precision, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide innovative technical solutions for electrical installations and approve detailed shop drawings, ensuring they meet both client needs and international standards.
-Create comprehensive project timelines, resource allocation plans, and production schedules to ensure zero downtime.
-Track project milestones rigorously, adjusting schedules proactively to meet deadlines.
-Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal departments (Clients, Procurement, Finance, and Technical Office).
-Oversee on-site operations to guarantee alignment with engineering plans, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time to avoid delays.
-Supervise the delivery of materials and execution of work to ensure the highest quality standards while maintaining strict adherence to the project budget.
-Anticipate future project requirements and potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure long-term project success.
– Prepare periodic progress reports for management to monitor project performance.
-Collaborate with the Sales department to track project payments and ensure all financial installments are collected according to the contract.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience in Electrical Contracting & Supplies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
