๐ Site Location: Taj City Project โ Zahraa Nasr City
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and progress reports
- Align project timelines with resources, budgets, and contractual milestones
- Prepare performance analysis, forecasts, and progress reports
- Support EVA, KPI tracking, and productivity analysis
- Assist in delay analysis, EOT submissions, and planning-related claims
- Coordinate with project, procurement, cost control, and contracts teams
- Review subcontractor schedules and support integration into the master schedule
- Identify potential risks and delays, and propose corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Civil Engineering
- 3โ5 years of planning experience in construction
- Strong experience in infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and Power BI
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
