Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning & Coordination:
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order delivery cycle.
- Prepare the Daily Logistics Plan, prioritizing peak and non-peak delivery slots.
- Group orders based on time slots and delivery zones in line with batch size standards.
- Coordinate personnel and resources for efficient goods distribution.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain/Logistics leadership to align with annual business goals.
Driver & Vehicle Management:
- Obtain driver details and documentation from HR/3rd-party vendors according to the SOP.
- Ensure completion of all pre-operation activities and documentation for drivers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly driver and vehicle shift schedules.
- Track real-time customer order delivery and proactively manage delays.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
- Monitor driver performance using predefined KPIs.
- Initiate monthly transport driver performance evaluations.
- Investigate low-performing drivers and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies, coaching, and process optimization.
Team Leadership & Administrative Support:
- Oversee daily team activities and provide operational guidance.
- Assist in recruitment, performance evaluation, promotions, and retention.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between logistics, customer service, and quality teams.
Process Compliance & Innovation:
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure consistency and control.
- Identify and contribute to opportunities for process improvement and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams for high-impact logistics initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Familiarity with logistics planning software and delivery tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and documentation compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools; experience with WMS or TMS is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
