Urbnlanes is looking for a Procurement Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team and handle all technical procurement activities related to our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of engineering items (materials, subcontractors, suppliers)
Review BOQs and technical specifications in coordination with the Engineering Department
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value (cost & quality)
Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and contracts
Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated vendor database
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in Procurement within Real Estate Development or Construction companies
Strong technical understanding of engineering materials and specifications
Solid experience dealing with BOQs
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Project teams
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience in large-scale projects
