Job Title: Project Manager – Wind / PV Solar Projects
Location: Egypt
Role Overview
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Wind/PV projects. This role involves managing projects from early development through construction and commissioning, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, from feasibility to commissioning
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards
- Support procurement and contract management processes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in windfarm or PV or renewable energy projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of windfarm/PV development, construction, and operations
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
