Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed baseline project schedules in coordination with project teams.
- Develop work breakdown structures and activity sequencing aligned with project execution plans.
- Update project schedules based on site progress and actual performance data.
- Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule performance dashboards.
- Track planned versus actual progress and highlight schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect accurate progress updates.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and short-term planning programs.
- Support preparation of recovery plans and mitigation schedules when delays occur.
- Monitor milestone achievement and contractual time requirements.
- Support preparation of extension of time technical data when required.
- Maintain planning databases and scheduling documentation.
- Participate in project review meetings and planning coordination sessions.
- Support integration between planning, cost control, and project execution teams.
- Ensure schedule data accuracy and compliance with internal planning standards.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field).
- Min. 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
