Key Accountabilities:
▪ Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to
employees to ensure maximum utilization.
▪ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing
schedules.
▪ Oversee and coach employees to increase their productivity.
▪ Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
to guarantee a safe workplace.
▪ Check production output according to specifications to comply with
client’s needs.
▪ Submit reports on performance and progress to update job orders.
▪ Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to increase
productivity.
▪ Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow
procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture / science.
Experience:
▪ 1 – 3 years of experience
▪ FMCG Experience is a must.
