Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring secure handling, accurate inventory management, and timely movement of ATM machines, spare parts, and consumables. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of ATM machines and related components.
- Ensure proper handling of stock to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient material flow.
- Manage Purchase requisitions / POs for warehousing related costs, validate invoices and coordinate with internal stake holders on supplier payments.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts, periodic stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels of ATMs, spare parts, and consumables to ensure availability.
- Manage ERP/WMS/Smartsheet updating for all inbound and outbound activities.
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on inbound shipments from suppliers and OEMs.
- Ensure timely dispatch of ATMs / parts to field service teams and customer locations.
- Oversee documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, and system updates.
Manage return of ATMs and parts from field locations.
- Ensure proper inspection, segregation, and system booking of returned ATMs or spare parts.
- Coordinate scraping of obsolete/ damage inventories as per company policy.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols due to high-value ATM assets.
- Maintain audit compliance within warehouse premises.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Provide training and guidance on stock handling and system processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Track and report KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, turnaround time, and damage rate.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports for management review and audits.
Basic Qualifications BSc. in Logistics or a related field
3-4 years of experience
