RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets and expand market presence in key regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including prospecting potential clients and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for export transactions, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for international audiences.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, compliance, and finance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products to customers abroad.
- Attend international trade shows and industry conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international sales or export sales within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales cycles and achieving sales targets in international markets.
- Strong understanding of export regulations, logistics, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
