📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export sales activities and support the sales team in daily operations

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with international clients

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and customer requests

• Assist in export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents)

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing

• Track shipments and follow up on delivery timelines

• Maintain and update customer records and sales data

• Support in preparing sales reports and performance tracking

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, export sales, or logistics

• Background in manufacturing / industrial environment is highly preferred

• Basic knowledge of export processes, shipping, and documentation

• Very good to excellent command of English (written & spoken)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience dealing with international clients

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
