Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience in project management, specifically in residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

·        Overseeing daily construction operations ensuring work aligns with plans quality standards and safety requirements.

·        Managing on-site personnel including contractor’s subcontractors and site staff.

·        Ensuring project compliance with building codes regulations and approved timelines.

·        Monitoring project progress and quality tracking schedules budgets and workmanship.

·        Communicating effectively with stakeholders resolving technical issues and managing change orders.

·        Managing documentation and materials including reports, drawings, and procurement coordination.

·        Coordinating architectural, civil, and finishing works to ensure proper integration of all residential elements.

·        Handling client requirements and contractor coordination, including variations and modifications.

·        Supervising finishing works (interior & exterior) to meet residential quality standards.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Construction Management.

· 6–12 years of experience in project management with a focus on residential projects (compounds apartments, villas).

·        Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).

·        Strong knowledge of residential construction practices materials and finishing standards.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Experience in managing project timelines budgets and quality control.
