Business Operations & Commercial Coordinator At Matik

We are not looking for someone to “assist.”

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.

What you will own:

• Full coordination of shipments, suppliers, and logistics execution
• Managing spare parts orders, follow-ups, and tracking
• Supporting commercial operations (offers, documentation, CRM discipline)
• Ensuring no task, order, or client request falls through the cracks
• Acting as the link between suppliers, internal operations, and customers
• Ownership of exhibitions and basic marketing efforts.
• Helping build internal systems and processes as the company grows

This role is NOT for you if:

• You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative
• You get overwhelmed when multiple things happen at once
• You need a highly structured environment to perform

Requirements:

• Strong skills in Business Operations and Analytical Skills to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of logistics / international trade is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is helpful but not mandatory
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite and CRM systems “Odoo” ) is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
