About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory movement, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination between warehouse, production, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
Plan and oversee delivery schedules to ensure on-time customer fulfillment
Coordinate closely with production, sales, and procurement teams
Optimize routes and reduce transportation costs
Monitor inventory flow between factory, warehouse, and showrooms
Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators
Ensure proper handling and transportation of furniture items to avoid damage
Track KPIs (delivery time, costs, damage rates, efficiency)
Implement systems and processes to improve logistics performance

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in logistics, preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or retail

Strong experience managing fleets, drivers, and warehouse operations

Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
